OurLane is a mobile app for on-demand luxury chauffeur services Dubai. OurLane - A luxury chauffeur service aimed at providing customers the luxury of a private chauffeur with pay-as-you-are-driven flexibility in Bentley cars. Each Bentley is reserved in the OurLane mobile app which handles the entire ride-hailing and payment process. Users must be 18 years or older to have an OurLane account and use the service. OurLane drivers will deliver pleasant, safe, prompt, and sanitary travel experiences for passengers.

Install the app on your smartphone and create an online OurLane account.
TAKE A RIDE
When you need a ride, use the app to add your pick-up land drop-off location. Then you can choose the car from the list as per your preference. OurLane will locate drivers in your area, find a driver for you, and show you how many minutes away your driver is. OurLane will alert you when the ride is nearby. Passengers can see the drivers details, such as name, photo, and car photo on the app.
WHEN THE RIDE IS ON
The app will show the final payment, pay the final trip fare when you arrive at your destination and thank your driver. Youll be asked to rate your driver via the app on a scale of 1 to 5. Similarly, the driver rates you from 1 to 5. You have the option of adding your comments too.
